This is a custom setup for Gaytopia

Upgradeable Golems are Golems that can be upgraded to a higher material tier and also have improved AI that prevents them from running away from home.

Right-clicking while holding a Spawn Totem will use that totem and summon one Golem where you are standing. You will become its Owner, meaning no one but you can edit what behaviour it's taking on.

Right-click on a golem to see in chat who its Owner is, how much health it has, and what action it is currently performing.

This will also show the centre roaming point, but surrounding the centre with a flame sphere with a radius of 5, to help you keep track of where it is positioned

You can Heal all of them with Iron Ingots, this will not change.

Iron Golems have 100 HP, Diamond Golems have 250 HP, and Netherite Golems have 500 HP

Change between behaviours by shift right-clicking on your golem.

It has two behaviours at the moment, Following, and Roaming, Roaming being its default behaviour.

When spawned, it will list its current location as the centre of its Roaming radius, and it will walk around this area for a distance of about 30 blocks, if it leaves this area and is not in combat, it will switch to a Returning behaviour, resulting in it making its way back to the centre of the radius, once it has returned, it will begin roaming around again. It can roam further than 30 blocks out if it finds itself in combat against an enemy, but will return once combat is over.

When it enters Roaming after performing the Following Behaviour, it will set its new centre at its current location, allowing you to dynamically move where it is positioned.

The second behaviour is Following. Shift right-click a Golem while it is Roaming and it will start following you. it can follow you anywhere, however it will not teleport with you.

In the future, we will add a Stay command, which works similarly to sit for pets, but doesn't prevent the Golem from attacking mobs, and different roaming distances, to help you customize where it guards.

Iron Golems are Crafted with 4 Iron Blocks, one Carved Pumpkin, and one Poppy, on a crafting table.
